Calle Liberdad, Gijon, Spain
The side street that disappears to the right of the building is Calle Liberdad in Gijón, northern Spain. Just snapped this as I was passing by - what a beauty!

The Old Co-Op, Eastbourne
Given a last minute reprieve, the old Co-Op building in Eastbourne, East Sussex in England will now be converted to a hotel, preserving much of it's Art Deco splendor. Right now it looks like it has seen better days, but hopefully the face lift will give it a whole new lease of life.

Cardiff, Wales: Cardiff Railway Station, 1927
Although the exterior of Cardiff Station exhibits some Art Deco features, it is the beautiful ticket hall that really shines. While many of Cardiff's buildings from that era have vanished, thanks to liberal use of the wrecking ball, the Station is still in great shape and likely to be around for a while yet.
On a couple of the platforms can be found tile-clad waiting rooms in the color scheme of the old Great Western Railway - green, cream, and brown:
Cardiff Station is a real piece of class in an otherwise rather ugly part of the city.
